Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

1. Who We Are

NumberAngel (numberangel.com) is operated by Praveen, Berlin, Germany ("we", "us"). For any privacy matter, contact us via the contact page or at the email address provided there. We are the data controller for the processing described below, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What Data We Collect and Why

Newsletter email (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you sign up for the daily angel number message, we collect your email address via a GDPR-compliant double opt-in: your subscription only activates after you confirm it from your inbox. Emails are sent through our processor Brevo. Every email contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes you from the active list.

Personal reading orders (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you order a personal reading, we collect the details you provide (name, date/time of birth, location, email, the number you see, your guidance area, and optional question) solely to prepare and deliver your reading. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Order details travel as metadata with your Stripe payment record.

Local storage (no personal data). Community polls, star ratings, and your cookie-consent choice are stored in your browser's local storage and a single consent cookie ("numberangel-consent"). This data never leaves your device and contains no personal information.

What we do not do: we do not sell or rent your data, we do not run third-party advertising trackers, and the calculator and quiz run entirely in your browser — your name and birth date entered there are never transmitted to us.

3. Processors

We use two third-party processors, each under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements: Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Germany) for newsletter and transactional email, and Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland) for payment processing. Our website is hosted on Vercel; standard server logs (IP address, user agent) are processed for security and operation (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and retained briefly.

4. Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Order data is kept as long as required for accounting law (in Germany, up to 10 years for invoice-relevant records). Local storage persists until you clear your browser data.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Berlin, the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit. To exercise any right, use the contact page.

6. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
